Smollett gets hit with 15 counts of filing a false police report and faces up to 48 years behind bars and fines up to $400,000. Smollett made up allegations to demonize Trump supporers and now he is facing the consequences for lies and race-bating.

USA Today has yet again another Kavanagh supporter recanting their accusation.

PJ Media- Ford is the poster girls for false allegations. People get very angry when you point out the fact that she made a false allegation. You get told this is why women who get sexually assaulted don’t come forward.

No, in fact you should shine the light on liars like Ford. The reality is that Kavanagh is the victim and Ford is the perpetrator. Don’t try to reframe this.

The New York’s Post- eight problems with Ford’s story. She can’t recall basic details about the assault. Not where it took place, whose house, the street, the year, the day, or the month. She told no one at the time. Her friends who were there supposedly there all denied knowledge of the gathering in question. The reality is Ford is an anti-Trump marcher and she does not want a conservative on the supreme court.

This brings this back to Due Process. It is so important it is mentioned twice in the constitution. Due process is the concept that no one shall be deprived life, liberty, or property without due process of law.

It is the only concept that is mentioned twice in the constitution in both the 5th and 14th amendment.

WHAT IS DUE PROCESS:

An unbiased tribunal.  
Notice of the proposed action and the grounds asserted for it.  
Opportunity to present reasons why the proposed action should not be taken.  
The right to present evidence, including the right to call witnesses.  
The right to know opposing evidence.  
The right to cross-examine adverse witnesses.  
A decision based exclusively on the evidence presented.  
Opportunity to be represented by counsel.  
Requirement that the tribunal prepare a record of the evidence presented.  
Requirement that the tribunal prepare written findings of fact and reasons for its decision.

The Duluth Model was crated fraudulently in the 1980s. Every huge, attorney, law enforcement, counselor, and gender studies major has been trained in this confirmed fraudulent domestic violence intervention model. The only reason Smollett is being charged is because of due process.

Due process protects the accused as much as it protects everyone else. Due process protects people from being falsely accused of a crime.

This is exactly why men are suing colleges in droves over Title IX and false allegations. Why is this? Title IX tribunals are show trials that do not protect due process by their very design.

Due process is only protected when the falsely accused man is put before an unbiased tribunal. However, because every judge, prosecutor, and police officer has received mandatory Duluth training. They are bias because they believe the lies about men that Duluth based training teaches them. In effect, these judges, attorneys, and police officers all hate and discriminate against men based on the provable fraud called the Dultuh model.

The error Smollette made was he followed the feminist playbook. He thought he could get the same pass that feminist bigots have gotten for years. This is typical SJW and feminist narratives that they are more concerned about buttressing their narrative than supporting the truth. Smollette is a case study of why every time a woman accuses a man, she should be required to file a police report and let the police do their job. The police are more likely to get to the truth than any man hating Title IX tribunal or a bigoted feminist family court. Family courts, domestic violence courts, and Title IX tribunals should not be allowed to prosecute men for crimes. That is that is the job of criminal courts, why because family courts, domestic violence courts, and Title IX tribunals by their very nature are specifically designed to bypass due process constitutional requirements.
