Child support makes sense in theory. However with the ability for judges to whimsically interpret The Tender Years Doctrine and Best Interests of the Child, as well as the fact that counties can be reimbursed by the Federal Government via Title IV-D Funding anywhere from $3-$12 for every dollar collected in child support, we can see why majority of custody disputes end with the children being at moms house and the father becoming a wage slave. This reality slowly contributes to the Broken Social Contract between men and women.
