MY FILED ETHICS COMPLAINT AGAINST ATTORNEY DEBRA S. KATZ:

F. DETAILS OF COMPLAINT: I am an American freelance journalist and book authoress expat living in Perth, Western Australia and I am, perhaps one of a certain group of American Citizens qualified to file this Ethics Complaint against Attorney Debra S. Katz for her Unethical Actions in manufacturing evidence against Judge Brett Kavanaugh, and for her part in suborning the Perjury of her client Christine Blasey Fordto me as a United States Citizen and to my United States Congress on 27 September 2018.

The far-reaching ramifications of Attorney Debra S. Katz‘ thuggish and Unethical Actions as a barred United States attorney whom is sworn to uphold The Law have greatly impacted the lives of millions of Americans, and it has stained the way that Americans are now seen around the world.

I am doing this because I know that there is nothing in this world that annihilates or destroys like any manner of False Allegations made against you.  

A False Allegation slits your soul apart and dirties your life memoire; it is an invisible imprint burnt forever into your soft tissue. It causes suicide, the ripping apart of families, the loss of friends and career and it robs you of the very thing that makes life worth living: hope.  

Even when you remain strong and rise above it and survive it and move on, you are so internally crushed by the unfathomable lies manufactured against you and of their widespread and unjust consequences, that only your flesh constricts you from simply blowing away into oblivion.

This is what Attorney Debra S. Katz has done to Justice Brett Kavanaugh, and Attorney Debra S. Katz must be held Legally and Ethically responsible for what she has done to Justice Brett Kavanaugh and to his family.

In April/May of 2019, Attorney Debra S. Katz went on a #MeToo bragging spree justifying the Perjury and Falsehoods that her client, Christine Blasey Ford told to the United States Congress and to the American People under oath against Judge Brett Kavanaugh and how he had once Sexually Assaulted her, admitting that the whole production was motivated for the ensnarement of We The People so that We The People would always see a stain against Justice Brett Kavanaugh’s name.

It was never about justice or truth—it was only about destroying the good name of a good and decent man.

The FBI did a thorough investigation of Christine Blasey Ford’s allegations against Judge Brett Kavanaugh, and the FBI found not one single shred of evidence that anything Christine Blasey Ford stated against Judge Brett Kavanaugh bore any basis in truth.

In Fact, Christine Blasey Ford lied to the United States Congress and to We The People about everything; from her fear of flying to the year and the date that she and her husband put that second door into their home.

Nothing fabricated by Attorney Debra S. Katz and her client, Christine Blasey Ford against Judge Brett Kavanaugh is defensible or justifiable, and all of the good work that Attorney Debra S. Katz might have done throughout her long legal career as a Civil Rights Lawyer neither absolves nor validates what she encouraged her client, Christine Blasey Ford to do to Judge Brett Kavanaugh.

Does not Justice Brett Kavanaugh whom has served his country with such honesty and goodness, deserve to have this deceitful stain removed from his name?

Attorney Debra S. Katz has proven by her arrogance that she believes that she is Above the Law and that The Rules do not apply to her.

Attorney Debra S. Katz took a scalpel to the American Justice System by manufacturing and supporting False Evidence against Judge Brett Kavanaugh for the sole purpose of saving Roe v Wade, and what she achieved is equivalent to having taken a dagger to the heart and soul of Judge Brett Kavanaugh by causing him as much injury as if she had physically assaulted him and left him for dead.

Attorney Debra S. Katz must be investigated and disbarred, so that an asterisk will forever be against the name of Debra S. Katz as an example to the world and to the American People that the Laws of the United States of America will not be held hostage by anyone with a Political Agenda, and so that We The People will know whom Debra S. Katz really is, we know her character, and we know what motivates her, and that is important; it is important that We The People know that Attorney Debra S. Katz thinks nothing of weaponizing a movement like #MeToo With Intent in destroying the life and career of a good and decent man like Justice Brett Kavanaugh in order to protect and promote her Political Agenda.
