DDJ received two privacy complains for his video of Corrupt Attorney Leslie Levy Requests YouTube Conceal Her Crimes and my video Bar Association Teaches Systemic Discrimination Against Men. The first privacy complaint from Leslie Levy of Williamson County Texas Bar Card Number 24075778, I won that complaint, now I have two additional ones because Leslie Levy can’t give up.
DDJ goes into detail of his response to YouTube in which he calls out public corruption and lays out the case that in no way has he violated YouTube’s privacy guidelines.
In response to all of this, I have created a template for a bar complaint for anyone in the United States to sign and send in.

Rule 8.04 Misconduct
A lawyer shall not:
- violate these rules, knowingly assist or induce another to do so, or do so through the acts of another, whether or not such violation occurred in the course of a client-lawyer relationship;
- commit a serious crime, or commit any other criminal act that reflects adversely on the lawyers honesty, trustworthiness or fitness as a lawyer in other respects;
- engage in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit or misrepresentation;
- engage in conduct constituting obstruction of justice;
- state or imply an ability to influence improperly a government agency or official;
- knowingly assist a judge or judicial officer in conduct that is a violation of applicable rules of judicial conduct or other law;
- violate any disciplinary or disability order or judgment;
- engage in conduct that constitutes barratry as defined by the law of this state;
- fail to comply with Article X, section 32 of the State Bar Rules;
- engage in the practice of law when the lawyer’s right to practice has been suspended or terminated;
- violate any other laws of this state relating to the professional conduct of lawyers and to the practice of law.
Leslie Levy’s gross misconduct violates the Texas State Bars Texas State Bars rules of professional conduct. “commit a serious crime, or commit any other criminal act that reflects adversely on the lawyers honesty, trustworthiness or fitness as a lawyer in other respects;”
This is like, I don’t know, leaving domestic violence perpetrators on the streets so they can continue to violate Texas laws and hurt innocent people.
“engage in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit or misrepresentation;”
Like helping concealing crimes from the county.
“engage in conduct constituting obstruction of justice;”
This is really what we are talking about here.
“state or imply an ability to influence improperly a government agency or official;”
Like a prosecutor saying that she speaks on behalf of the government and I’m telling you don’t report the crime of domestic violence.
The reality is that Leslie Levy is advocating the ongoing victimization of domestic violence victims. By her instructing attorneys to refrain from filing domestic violence criminal charges she is increasing conflict in every family law litigation action in which any attorney fails to report these crimes to the county. While at the same time keeping victims of domestic violence in harms-way.
Leslie Levy’s impact on the family court unnecessarily increases the cost of litigation. The consequence of this will clog the family courts instead of criminal courts that are better suited to incarcerating domestic violence perpetrators.
Attorneys like Leslie Levy destroy the reputation of the legal profession as well as the Texas State Bar.
This criminal clearly commits ethical misconduct on a daily basis as pattern and practice. So much so, she now teaches it to others as a public official.
If the Williamson County Attorney’s Office and the Texas Bar Association fails to take action against Leslie Levy, many domestic violence victims will remain, which potentially creates millions of dollars in civil liability for Williamson County for any domestic violence victim harmed as a result of Leslie Levy’s unethical CLE instruction which also promotes the violation of Texas criminal law.
The reason you want to do a bar complaint is that the county and bar association can be held liable.
Leslie Levy does not want false accusers to be criminally charged for filing a false police report. Not only does she hurt real victims of domestic violence by refusing to take their cases. She also clearly protects false accusers of domestic violence from being held accountable.
It is an open secret in the legal community that there is systemic discrimination against the minority in our country, men. Lawyers deny it to your face, but here is your documentation.
