In my video The Social Media Constitutional Crisis where I sited Packingham vs North Carolina, where the Supreme Court found that social media platforms are online public squares that are protect under the 1st amendment for free speech. Under US law, “hate speech” exceptions to the 1st amendment don’t exist for a reason despite the main steam media and bit tech misinforming citizens stating otherwise.
