Tradcons and RINOS have been fighting a losing battle over abortion for decades. Let me offer a paradigm shift in your thinking of the “problem with abortion.” I want you to try to divorce yourself from thinking of abortion from a “right to life concept.” We need to shift the argument as an equal rights equal protection argument.

Don’t tell the purple haired feminist the same old argument of right to life, or clump of cells, or heartbeat is life, etc. Shift the argument.

Say, “Do you believe as a woman it is her body and her choice? We believe this because this is ultimately about your reproductive destiny, correct?” I totally get that, and I completely understand. I am not opposed to abortion for some right to life argument. I am against abortion, in the current construct, because this is about an equal rights equal protection violation. I don’t believe any gender or lack of gender should qualify any rights or privileges whatsoever. Would you believe that we should all have the same rights because we are all equal? Because women are equal to men, correct?”

“What if I moved you to a state that gave you no reproductive rights? What if I could have a literal Handmaid’s Tale where I could force you to have my child. I could in fact rape you, have sex with you, and conceive a child with you without your consent. I could then legally steal that child and there would not be a court in the land that would side on your behalf, because of “reasons.” Then I would take 60% of your income, essentially turning you into wage slave. And if you decided not to pay, the state would gleefully put you in prison, turn you into a criminal, make you homeless, and you would stand a good chance of committing suicide. That would all be fantastic because then I could get your Social Security or Veterans benefits until I died. 

All this because I have a penis and you have a vagina.”

In this country, as a woman, you have 32 forms of birth control.  You can take the morning after pill, get an abortion, give that child up for adoption, or drop that child off consequence free at a safe-haven. The state does not come after you for 60% of your salary for child support. As a person with a vagina, you literally have walk away rental car insurance. If you have a vagina, you get off Scott Free.

Why is it if you have a vagina and you can’t afford your children, you get help by the state? But if you have a penis and can’t afford your children you get put in the state?

Ultimately this is about equal rights. In this country, if you have a penis you have no reproductive rights. For example, in California and in Canada if you have sex as a man and the condom falls off, it is called stealthing, and that is considered rape, should the female decide to report you.

How many female talk shows are there about raping men? How many times have I seen a talk show where the host stand up and ask a huge crowd of women, “If a man won’t have a child and is not ready; you should trap in into having one?” Then you watch the all-female crowd stand up and give a standing ovation.

Let me ask a question, how many TV shows are there were the talk show host stands up and ask a huge group of men, if a woman will not have your baby, you should rape here and force her to have one? The answer is zero. However, for some reason, the answer is almost always yes for women. That says a lot about “female nature.” This is disturbing on a core level.

This is dark shadow of female nature is completely confirmed by countless college surveys that verify that 42% of women lie about being on birth control. If a woman deliberately pulls out her IUD, pokes holes in the condom, stops taking her birth control, tells you she is on birth control but is not. This is somehow not stealthing and is not rape? Why not? Because she has a vagina? Because men are disposable? Because holding women accountable in an equal way to men, is a novel idea, is a double standard?

You know there would be no standard if there was not a double standard.

More importantly why is this not considered financial fraud punishable by prison. If I stole $200,000 from you, would go to prison? What if I stole more? Not only do we condone deceiving someone for their DNA, we complicity condone their ongoing financial support for a child that were conceived through deliberate deception. Now conserving that the average poor man will pay almost $200,000 in child support, the average middle-class man will pay $500,000 in child support and the average rich man will pay $1 million in child support. This is an everyday issue considering 73% of all children will run through the child support system at one point in their life.

Here’s the bottom line. Do you at your core, believe that we are all equal?  Or do you believe that we should treat one gender as the parent while we treat the other gender as the child. Do you believe that if you have a vagina you are legally a child and are incapable of making adult life decisions like: sign contracts, conceive children, etc?

Why do we treat one gender as a helpless victim? A child who can’t make adult decisions, who did not willingly consent to sex, or able to sign a contact, legally or socially.

One of the most popular feminist TV shows is the Handmaiden’s Tale where men exploit women to forcibly have children. Don’t you think it’s ironic that we are in a world where the literal opposite goes on in the US right now by millions of people? We live in a country where if you have a vagina you are legally allowed and financially encouraged to deceive a man, get pregnant, steal that child, then turn them into a wage slave. I am not in favor of abortion simply because it does not treat all genders equally. It specifically rewards women from sperm-jacking men. Men then have no reproductive destiny for that child to be terminated. More importantly, men don’t have the right to be financially emaciated from her adult decisions to engage in sex, have that child with out his consent, and then suffer the consequences for that exploitation. If you rape a man, you can keep the child, but you get zero help from the government or child support.  Let me ask you a question.  If a man rapes a woman, can he take that child and force her to pay child support? 

It’s my DNA, it’s my choice. If I chose not to have a child, that is my choice no matter if I have a penis or a vagina. 

Anything other than that is an equal protection violation from the 14th amendments. If you want to have abortion for women, you need to have

abortion for men.

Here Is the Take Away

1. If you keep abortion, then men get the right to abort the child because women have this right.
2. If you make abortion illegal, then men get the right to sever their paternity rights because women have this right.
3. If she conceives by fraud or sperm-jacking, she gets zero public assistance or child support. Why because men go to prison for rape and conspiracy to commit governmental fraud. (Think welfare fraud, think social security fraud, think tax fraud.)
4. If she has collect monies from the farther or the government based on fraud. This is considered fraud a financial felony. This is welfare fraud, this is social security fraud, this is tax fraud. She is collecting tax free child support based on a fraud. In addition, she is collecting welfare and various social security programs. All based on having these children, that were conceived by fraud, in an effort to deceive and steal from the state and the man. (If we did this, you will watch all the out of wedlock births crash, followed by a crash in the crime rate.)
5. If men go to prison for conception rape, then so should women. This is equal time for equal crime.

Anything other than this is a violation of both the 5th and 14th amendments. If you want to have abortion for women, you need to have abortion for men. If you want to strike down ROE, you strike it down as an equal protection violation because abortion must be a two-way street, not a one-way highway.
