DDJ goes I to the political gaming Speaker Nancy Pelosi has been doing to prevent trump’s constructional duty from giving the annuals state of the union address.

According to the constitution, the president can convene both houses without the speaker’s consent. CNN lies by saying the presidency can’t, and this is exactly why CNN is called “fake news.” According to Politico, the president has done this 26 times in history.

What this means is that Nancy Pelosi is in violation of the The US constitution and the office and congressional ethics.

It is clear that Nancy Pelosi has made statements that impinge on the reputation of the house. As a member of Congress she needs to adhere to the letter of the rules and the spirit of law that governs her membership in congress as well.  

According to rule 2a on the Constitutions Jefferson’s Manual Rule 4 the hall of the house rule 2a on page 379, the president is allowed in the congress. Furthermore, the speaker cannot suspend this clause. That means she cannot entertain or bar the calling the state of the union address.  It is literally out of her hands.  

Nancy Pelosi said she would not allow the president to speak in the house because of the shutdown. Lying and blocking the president’s continental mandate violates her oath of office as well.  

She has violated rules 1 and 2. Rule 1: Put loyalty to the high moral principles and to country above loyalty to government, persons, party, or department. Rule 2: Uphold the constitution, laws, and legal regulations of the US and of all governments therein and never be a part of the evasion.

What is not being reported is that Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez is tempting a Marxist entrust strategy to take over the Democratic Party.
