Legacy media is quick to report on a sexual accusation but nearly always remains silent on how credible the accusation is. They also never report the accuser’s history of dishonesty and unethical behavior.

Professional men are simply starting to wise up because 60% of male managers feel uncomfortable with having female interaction in the workplace. Men said they fear being labeled a harasser at work. This number is 14 points higher than last year.

Sheryl Sandberg of FaceBook says men are refusing to sit down a have a one-on-one with women.

This is the logical outcome of the #metoo movement in a feminist culture that says it is ok to sleep their way to the top and then falsely accuse men to get there.

The issue is when is sexual harassment a crime? It is a crime when you have consensual sex with a coworkers and she then decides it was sexual assault even though she gave consent. And if he contacts her more than twice, she can have a restraining order placed on him extremely easily. 

Since the Kavanaugh debacle people are asking if it is time to punish false accusers.

Alabama has proposed a bill that makes false accusations a crime as a class C felony punishable up to 10 years in prison. If the accused person is made innocent, the accuser is to be made liable for legal fees.

The reality here is that feminist organization witch hunt men and force them to spend hundreds of thousands of dollars to defend themselves. And when these men are found innocent, these men should be able to go after these organizations and false accusers.

In the GOP, there is a feeling of guilty until proven innocent because the accusation is enough to destroy a man’s life. Now you know what family court is like with an 80% false accusation rate for decades.

WHAT TO DO IF YOU ARE FALSELY ACCUSED:

1. Tell the investigators to fuck off and you want hire an attorney.
2. Invoke your 5^th amendment right to remain silent because 9 times out of 10, they are accusing you of a crime. If you wave your right to remain silent or council and you start admitting things that you are innocent of, its over.
3. Never confess what “you did wrong.” This is a sexual harassment witch hunt claim. The reality is that in this #metoo environment, if both of you are intoxicated and you are a man and she is a women. You are a rapist and she is not. Also remember the people doing the investigation are die hard feminist with gender studies degrees or diversity hires.  These people have degrees in misandry and witch hunting men.
4. Do not provide records like personal email or texts. Let them get a court order to go on a fishing expedition. What you do outside of work is your business and not your employers.
5. Never apologize to anything. Apologizing is consent of guilt which gives you legal liability. It does not matter if it “makes people feel better.” If you are innocent, why do you have to apologize. Also if you take a stand now, you are not letting this woman do this to another man in the future.

WHAT TO DO IF YOU ARE FALSELY ACCUSED AND YOU CAN DEMONSTRATE INNOCENCE.

If there is not a smoking gun of evidence, I would encourage you go after them. And if any prosecutor decides to go after you, I would sue them in federal court immediately during the trial. You don’t want to be in a situation where you have waved your statute of limitations because they have falsely imprisoned you, and now you have no recourse. You sue for defamation and slander, malicious prosecution, and false imprisonment.

In this misandrous #metoo environment where men are discriminated against systemically. Where men are being falsely accuse left and right. You have to follow the Pence Rule.  AVOID WOMEN AT ALL COST!

If you sleep with someone: never where you work, never where you live, and never where you school.

The best way to avoid a harassment claim is to completely avoid women at work at all costs.  Remember most companies employ gender studies witch hunting feminist who live for the day to destroy a man, it’s job security.

The reality is that feminist complain that women are held back by male discrimination at work, while the reality is that the only reason women are not moving up is feminist bigots have discriminated so much, that smart male managers are completely avoiding women out of fear and self-preservation.  Why because these men know it will destroy their career and their lives.

The reality is that until these companies stop employing these gender studies SJW’s.  Female colleagues will continue to be shunned.
