We need to start suing companies based on national origin discrimination.
SJW’s are targeting American citizens who wear Make America Great Again hats. SJW’s say wearer of these hats are white supremacists and they are bad and therefore disserve what they get. Interestingly, these are the exact same tactics as Communist, Nazi brown shirts, and Fascists throughout history to target anyone who disagrees with their bigoted ideologies.
To communist, rebranded as globalist, making America great again is a direct attract on their ideology.

CNN reports why trumps MAGA hats have become a potent symbol of racism.

New York Post, Trump support fried for wearing MAGA hat, suit claims.
These organizations are saying that MAGA hats are symbols of white supremacy.
It is illegal to discriminate against an employee on account of their national origin.
According to the DOJ, federal laws prohibit discrimination based on a person race, origin, race, or sex. This means that a person cannot be discriminated against because they have customs or use language based on those origins.
18 US Code subsection 249 the Hate Crime Acts:
Whoever, whether or not acting under color of law, willfully causes bodily injury to any person or, through the use of fire, a firearm, a dangerous weapon, or an explosive or incendiary device, attempts to cause bodily injury to any person, because of the actual or perceived race, color, religion, or national origin of any person— (A) shall be imprisoned not more than 10 years, fined in accordance with this title, or both.
Discriminating against people based on national origin is a federal crime. This means if American nationalist hold a protest and they are assaulted by law enforcement. That means law enforcement can be prosecuted for a hate crime.
If you have been fired from a job because you wore a MAGA hat, you have probably been a victim of national origin discrimination. Also note that the average employee lawsuit cost a company $250,000 with the average out of court settlement $40,000. In addition, 10% of wrongful termination based on race results in over $1,000,000. Realistically, if you sue based on a national origin discrimination, you have a 67% chance of winning.
Furthermore, if the person persecuted loses their job or it impacts their business, you can sue the persecutors in federal court for national origin discrimination and possibly a hate crime.
In addition, when social media platforms, ban, remove, or censor individuals or groups based on these ideological disagreements. These social media could be guilty of national origination description and it could be deemed a hate crime.
The Left is targeting these groups because they hate the American way of life. Every one of these bigots are on The Left while they claim civil rights is ironic because that is exactly what they are violating. We need to call these people out and sue them into the stone age.
We need to start boycotting companies that fund national origin discrimination.
